Frequently Asked Questions

I purchased trusted, but I cannot see it active in my profile page?
You are most likely facing a caching issue. Please try the following:
  1. Access this page: https://play.eslgaming.com/player/edit/
  2. Save it without editing anything (this process clears the cache of your profile page)
  3. Check your profile page again, you should be able to see it active now
I cannot access my account. What can I do?
If you cannot access your account during your ESL Trusted membership, it is very easy for you to recover your account. Please fill in the support form below with the following information in your ticket (you can do this while not logged in):
  • Your old ESL Account ID/URL
  • The email that is/was tied to the old account
  • A new email address that should be registered in your old account (it will be used to login and retrieve the password). This email cannot be in use in any other ESL account.
  • A copy of your ID card attached in the attachements of the ticket
Since your data is important for us, only certain Turtle Entertainment Employee's can have access to this tickets. Because of this, your request may take up to 3 business days to be handled.
Please refrain from creating a new ESL account in order to recover your former one, as you are only allowed to own one user account.
How long does it take to get my verification code?
Once your payment is complete, we will make multiple checks to your account. Some of these checks are done by certain Turtle Entertainment GmbH employees, in order to keep your personal data as secure as possible. The whole process from the payment state to the postage of the letter can take up to 3 business days. All letters are shipped from Germany, so depending on where you live, it may take up to 2 weeks until it arrives to your house. If you do not get your card within this timeline, please fill the support form below.
It's been 2 weeks since the letter was shipped and I didn't get my letter yet. What do I do?
