Once the tournament begins, check “My Matches” and contact your opponent via ESL Chat, Discord, or your console to start the match. Before a game begins, verify that all of the settings are correct.

Players have up to 15 minutes to show up for a match before forfeiting the first game. Additional games will be forfeited every additional five minutes if the player does not show up. In the event of a no-show or disconnect, refer to the rules and contact an admin via support ticket immediately.
Players may use only Basic Characters with the Default 2 Costumes. Custom and DLC characters are not allowed for the time being (see full rules for details).
Unless both players agree to decide differently, the person with the better seed (lower number appointed in the bracket) chooses a side (who will be on 1p and who will be on 2p).
To report your score enter a number (0,1,2,3) to specify how many games you won and lost in the web-site or ESL Play App. Both players are expected to report the score.
If there are any inconsistencies in the reported scores, contact us via a support ticket. In the event of a dispute, be prepared to provide screenshots or video evidence from the match. Uploading clips to twitch.tv or youtube.com is the best way to provide video evidence.
