Frequent Issues

Don't forget to read the rules of the tournament first!

Here's a list of the most common issues:

Wrong Gameaccounts
Entered after tournament start / Different account

Please open a protest before the match has finished.

To validate your protest, always include a screenshot of the lobby or the scoreboard and write out which gameaccount(s) are wrong.

Opponents are late
Map Vote / Joining lobby

Map Vote: If your opponents haven't started banning maps yet, notify the admin team by opening a protest ticket.

Joining Lobby: If your opponents don't join the lobby and you have the hosting rights, please upload a screenshot all 5 players in your lobby. If the enemies don't invite you to the lobby when they have the hosting rights please notify the admin in a protest ticket.

Bug usage
Intentional / Unintentional

Please open a protest before the match has finished.

If you encounter a bug, make a screenshot / video as evidence and try to sort it out with your opponent. If you are not able to solve it, open a protest ticket with a clear description of the bug and upload the evidence you have saved earlier.

Match results
Opponents not accepting / Fake Results

Opponents not accepting: If your opponent doesn't confirm the result in a non ladder match, please wait at least 15 minutes before opening a protest. The system automatically accepts the result after 15 minutes. In a ladder match, please open a protest with screenshots of the scoreboards.

Fake Result: If your opponent entered a fake result please open a protest immediately. If the match has already been played to it's full extent please also upload a screenshot of the final result (scoreboard).

Cheating
Anticheat files missing / Disallowed Hardware / Hacks

Please only open the protest if you have evidence.

Anticheat files missing (PC): If your enemies do not have the required Anticheat logs (e.g. Wire logs) or have not uploaded them (e.g. MOSS) after 10 minutes please open a protest

Disallowed Hardware: If you think your opponent is using a disallowed controller (non Scuff/Default controllers) or mouse and keyboard please let the admin know immediately with all the evidence you have. If you don't have clear proof (such as a video of him playing with the disallowed controller) it will most likely mean that the match will be valued regardless, and we will review your evidence later.

Hacks: If you think that your enemy is using hacks (e.g. Wallhack) please let the admin know immediately with any evidence you may have.

Ping issues
Ping too high

Please only open the protest if the match has finished and you already rehosted once!

If the opponent has a ping over the allowed limit (check the rules of the tournament) over multiple rounds, please upload at least 3 screenshots of the scoreboard over multiple rounds with at least 1 after the rehost.

Wrong Gameaccounts

Issues not-attached to a match in or out of progress

Please open a Support for issues which are not related to a Match
