How to request your prize money

In ESL competitions, besides crystals, you can also win real money! In order to get these delivered to you, we require some additional information from you.
  • For crystals - you don't have to do anything! Just upload your lineup to your matches.
  • For money - we have 3 ways to send you the money, so you will need to add the payment that suits you in the support ticket!

Non-EU Bank Account

The prize money can be redeemed anytime but we recommend to redeem the prizes as soon as the cup is over.
Any attempt to spam through the support ticket system will be punished with an account lock between 3 and 12 months.
