ID request

This form should only be used to provide a copy of your personal ID card in order to verify your account.

Keeping your private data private is very important for us! That's why these requests may take a while to be answered or resolved as only a small group of employees have access to the tickets. For anything else, please use the normal support form.

Only use this form for the following requests:

Personal detail checks (e.g. age) or Trusted data changes (e.g. address)
Please provide the following information in your request:
  • Be logged in the ESL play website
  • The data you want to confirm or change, e.g. address or last name
  • Copy of your ID card which shows the new data

Email change requests
Please provide the following information in your request:
  • Your ESL account ID
  • Your old email address
  • Your new email address
  • Copy of ID card

Nationality & residence check
Please provide the following information in your request:
  • Be logged in the ESL play website
  • Tournament where the check is needed for
  • Copy of ID card

Important: Please read the instructions carefully to avoid any delays in the ticket replies.

Before you attach a copy of you personal ID card, please make sure that only the following details are visible and that all other data is blacked out:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Birthday
  • Address (Street, House number, zip code and city)
  • Nationality & residence (in case of the nationality & residence check)

The provided ID card scan will only be used to verify your account, after we verified the data we will instantly delete the attachment and therefore the scan of the ID card.

In case you send us a copy of your ID card without blacked out details, we will delete it instantly and ask you to create a new ticket with the correct attachment. Even though this may delay the process it is very important for us that your personal data is protected.
