The Situation

According to our rules, roster changes in the Major League are very strict and limited. Each team is allowed to add up to two players to their team during the entire season. Unfortunately 3 players of Team ALTERNATE left their mates, this made it impossible for the team to follow this rule, therefore they were disqualified. But because the Season of our ESL Major League is still on the beginning we decided to find a successor for the 8th spot!

ESL Major League 8th Spot Decider

To fill the 8th Spot of the Major League we decided to run a Qualifier in which we invited the best teams from the last ESL Monthly Qualifier, which still exist and are actively playing. To give Team ALTERNATE the chance to prove, that they are still worth it playing in the ESL Major League, even if they had a roster change, which included more than 50% of their players. They will take part as one of 4 teams in this event. From the Ro 8 of the Bracket from the Monthly Final 4 teams have not qualified for the Major League. 2 of them still are playing, so these will be taking part in this Qualifier. They are Team #2 SK Gaming and Team #3 Yard-Team . For the last team we choose the team with the best seeding from the Ro 16, this way we have as our Team #4 TCM Heroes taking part.
