Quick Rules

Mapveto: The maps will be banned through the matchsheet with the automatic mapveto system. The system will decide the team that starts with the first map veto. 2 Maps will be banned alternately and then maps will be picked alternately in the order in which these maps will be played (1 map in a BO1, 3 maps in a BO3). The opponent team (which did the second map veto) will start with the First Ban in Hero Draft.

Format: Bo1 Finals: Bo3
Battlegroundveto/Ban/Picks: Check rules (5.2.1 & 5.2.2)

List of Battlegrounds: Battlefield of Eternity, Braxis Holdout, Cursed Hollow, Dragon Shire, Infernal Shrines, Sky Temple, Tomb of the Spider Queen, Towers of Doom, and Volskaya Foundry.
Heroes: All Heroes, except the ones stated above (if any), are allowed, and mirrors are not permitted within ESL tournaments.
Picks & Bans: For this Cup Standard Mode (Lobby) has to be used.
Draft: The Draft will be done with the in-game draft tool provided by Blizzard Entertainment.
Draft Mode: Double Ban System. Ban 1-1, Pick 1-2-2, Ban 1-1, Pick 2-2-1

  • Wait for your first match to show up on the right
  • Get in contact with your opponent and play the match
  • Enter the result and ask your opponent to confirm
  • Wait for your next match
