Requirements:
- Teams must have at least 5 players, but not more than 10 players
- Player must enter their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (SteamID) game ID
- Players must play using ESL Anticheat (Wire)
- At least 5 members of your team must have residence in one of the following countries : ad, al, at, ba, be, bg, by, ch, cz, de, dk, ee, es, fi, fo, fr, gi, gr, hr, hu, ie, is, it, li, lt, lu, lv, mc, md, me, mk, mt, nl, no, pl, pt, ro, rs, ru, se, si, sk, sm, tr, ua, uk, va, xk

The best 4 teams of each group make it into the ESL Open League Playoffs. The top 16 teams of the ESL Open League Playoffs qualify for the next season of the ESL Major League. In addition the winner of the ESL Open League will also get clan equipment worth up to 500 EUR.
