If you have a neutral server (in case of you in Rus and we in Sp, neutral could be a server located in Germany, Poland, Belgium, or even France). Test our UK and tell us if its ok. Otherwise, post a connect to your neutral. In case of your server is located in Rus and we get very high ping, we will ask ESL for a server, probably a Ger one.

PS: we got a Sp server, and prolly you have a Rus one, lets try to not to get to the 'split the match in two' situation, because noone wants to play a match at 200 ms ping. lets try the neutral thing before.
