ClanBase is not ESL
Why you show CB guid? ClanBase is not ESL. ESL Guid which was registered by ralpzor was not the same as GUID in game. You can look it on screen shot. Then that player who's played the match was not ralpzor. You wrote: "So yes it was ralphzor who played I can garentee that" We don't believe you. And you know where i have your guarantee? Don't you?

You cannot win by thinking ralphzor did not played this match. He did not entered his guid right in here, he actually did on clanbase. Where is also his steam ID on both sides which are the same (SteamID CSS/HL2: 0:1:13712015 (04.10.08) http://clanbase.ggl.com/claninfo.php?cid=1630729&guid=1 http://www.esl.eu/eu/team/members/3444138/
You can check his perfect steam match in here. So yes it was ralphzor who played I can garentee that, and i suspect some penalty points for this unlucky thing.

2 of your players where not allowed to play on a ESL match on the time of the match. Looks pretty the same as a guid mismatch for me.

No full aequitas are uploaded, my whole team did. SyS didnt as i can see.
