Match Times
- Round 1 matches are to start at 18:00 CET
- A player not on ESL Wire by 18:15 CET will forfeit their match
- A player who has caused any amount of delay that has prevented the first round of the match from starting by 18:15 CET will forfeit their match
- Up to 5 minute breaks are permitted for each progressive half
- Subsequent round start times are based on the previous round's ending time
- Subsequent round matches must begin within 25 minutes; players have 15 minutes to have Wire logins
- Any violation of the above is grounds for a protest to be initiated

Deadrounds
- No deadrounds
- A deadround may only be called once before the first 10 seconds of a half starting

Item Violations
- Players must publicly state another player is using an illegal item in all chat in-game
- Players must state the name of the player, and the item violation in the ESL Wire Match Chat
- If the player is found to break another item violation throughout the round, map, match, or cup, will receive an immediate disqualification
- The violating player must drop immediately from the round and replace their infringing items
- If the infringing player deals any damage that round is forfeit to the opposing team
- Screenshots are required of every step; protests will be dismissed if there is insufficient evidence

Match Media
- All match media (Wire, MOSS, Screenshots, Videos...etc) must be uploaded within 10 minutes of a match ending
- Any missing match media will constitute up to a warning, a forfeit, or a disqualification (ESL Complete Rules)
- Up to 3 occurrences of either: a) missing MOSS upload, b) bad login/logouts, c) no logout, providing the alternative required program was running correctly per player
- Up to 1 warning before DQ for any contested a) missing MOSS upload, b) bad login/logouts, c) no logout, providing the alternative required program was running correctly
- No Wire used during the match is an instant forfeit of the match. Two occurrences is a DQ from the tournament. This includes a 1 second login/logout before the match starts, with no other wire logs present, regardless of MOSS
- If ESL Wire/MOSS have issues, it is required that MOSS/ESL Wire continue to work; if both fail, a warning or DQ may be issued
- The above rules will result in your forfeit from the match and the tournament; your team will forfeit the match, and receive an an official warning or DQ
- Macros are considered cheating and are thus a cheating violation
- Consistent violations will be punished with an AVA section ban
- Any violation of the above is grounds for a protest to be initiated

Protests
- Team captains must initiate any protests
- Protests will have the match entirely evaluated
- Protests must have sufficient evidence provided
- Protests must be initiated within 10 minutes of a match ending
- Player's are reminded to have a complete understanding of all ESL Rules & Policy
- Abuse of any form with the protest system will result in appropriate punishments

Evidence
- Evidence is required to properly assert protests
- Evidence should be collected for any policy-related conduct by teams
- Evidence helps to avoid admin discretion in protests or disputes
- Lack of evidence forces admin discretion in disputes and may not yield desirable outcomes

Ping limit
If a player's ping exceeds 180, he must leave the game immediately. The player is allowed to join back in to the game, but must leave every time their ping goes over the limit. If the player won't leave, the round will be lost for the team, but you need take screenshots:

- Press TAB so the scores and pings can be seen. Ask for the player to leave the room because of ping and take a screenshot.
- Make 2nd screenshot 15 seconds later, with the player still in the room

All prizes must be claimed through the ticket system to the A.V.A squad. Please make sure to use the Prize Claim Form, or your claim will be invalid. A minimum of two games played is required to claim any prizes.
